May 9, 2020 - Given this is "just a village wine" and it is from his personal label instead of the Comtes des Lafon, this was a pleasant surprise, especially for the price. Lovely balance, mouthfeel, and full of earthiness and red cherry fruit. Solid finish that lingers yet is clean. Drink now, but will certainly be lovely for a bit longer since it is at 12 years and showing nicely.
