October 23, 2016 - Very young and tannic still, even after a couple of hours in the decanter.
Inky black colour (as you might expect!). Good initial blast of blackcurrant on the nose, with a touch of black cherry and funk. After 4 hours of air this develops extra sweet vanilla and stronger aromas of dark cherries.
Wait. I think this could be really quite good in about 5 years, it's certainly got the structure.
