    August 24, 2021 - With Apple CiderThyme Pork Chops….
Whoops missed this in the cellar…..
    Wow Blown away!
Still very alive, lots of various citrus (pink Grapefruit/Blood Orange)pomegranate and light herbal flair.
    and super acidity….very good!

May 28, 2011 - Pure cherry cola. Definitely time to drink, but still drank well.

March 13, 2010 - Definitely at the peak drinking window and time to drink up. Very elegant and smooth with nice, bright strawberry and red cherry. Age has diminished the length of the finish but it is still very clean. The acidity has also faded so drink without food to get started.

July 22, 2009 - Time to drink up, loosing a bit of its color and overall charm. Flavors fading slightly. Still a tasty value in Pinots but I would not hold out much longer before I drank what I had.
