August 23, 2014 - Color: Very pale yellow, almost greyish. Fresh and fruity aroma. Mainly apples and pears, almond paste, too. Vigorous perlage but the mousse is fine and creamy in texture. This wine is really dry. No sweet impression whatsoever. 11.5% alc.
