October 11, 2016 - This zin was great. I was getting concerned about its longevity so we opened the last '08 bottle and was very pleased. Terric body and flavor.

December 19, 2015 - Spicy on the tip, soft on the finish. After 6 years in the bottle, this in is perfectly timed. Won't sit long on the other 5 bottles in the cellar.

June 22, 2012 - Purchased this having enjoyed the D-Cubed Howell Mountain Zin. The Napa zin was very enjoyable and I'd purchase it again. I found the Howell Mountain Zin to have a little more texture and depth, but the Napa was well worth the dollars. This isn't a big fruit bomb of a Zin but rather a elegant wine with some depth.
Having enjoyed two of Duane David Dappen's Zins I think I'll try out his others
