July 17, 2011 - Amazing Wine. Felt like honey slowly dripping down your throat. Noticeable pineapple and some sort of grassy taste. Very Good wine. We had it with Grilled Salmon, Veggies & rice with caper butter sauce.

June 10, 2011 - It's been so long since we had a P-M, I forgot how lovely they can be. Served too cold from ice/water bath, color is a saturated golden yellow, perhaps a couple shades darker than its youth, medium-full body. Not an effusive bouquet, but elegant and showing some depth of pineapple, honeysuckle, lanolin, lemon, and chalk. Beautiful power on the tongue with pear, pineapple, flowers, lanolin, and minerals in a complex yet focused presentation. Long trailing finish of pineapple, lemon, and notes of wax and nut oil. This was a hit at the party, and consistently impressive across several bottles. In a great place now, years to go.

August 10, 2010 - Deep amber color. Hints of pear, melon, pineapple. Well balanced. Nice mouthfeel, good weight. Smooth, decent finish.

August 11, 2009 - A textbook white Burgundy. Chalky scent, lemony fruit both crisp and creamy. You'd never peg this as an '03.
