February 11, 2018 - Fruit a tad on the darker side but with a beautiful sweet touch to it, deep nose of rosehip, menthol, violet, leather, dried herbs. Stunning nose, so elegant and fresh, even more remarkable a year as 2007. The palate offers fine snappy tannins of great quality and uplifting acidity. This wine drinks very good right now and could very well be nearing its peak. With that being said there's no rush, this is steady and seriously built and I can't see it fade in the near future. The aftertaste is long. Teobaldo and Maria Rivella make some stunning Barbaresco from their 2 ha in Montestefano.

    December 16, 2017 - 2007 F. Rinaldi B. Cannubbio vs 2007 Serafino Bbs. Montestefano:
    - Bouquet: Beide typisch Nebbiolo. Kirsche.

January 3, 2016 - 2007 Serafino Bbs Montestefano vs 2010 Cascina delle Rose Bbs Tre Stelle:
    - Farbe: beide ähnlich, blaurot, recht konzentriert
    - Typisches Nebbiolo Bouquet - Kirsche, dunke Beere.

Slank, elegant, och samtidigt rättframt livlig och energisk. På toppen av sin livscykel. Möjligen väl tunn, men nerven finns där. Riktigt bra!

July 14, 2015 - Good traditional style. Dry fruits & red flowers, clean & body
