September 2, 2014 - Slightly green reflexes. Very spicy and intense nose. Plenty of typical Sauvignon Blanc features. Plenty of nettle tea, delicate grass, melaleuca oil, goosberries and hints of red fruits.
Same aromas on the palate. A very fresh and intense Sauvignon Blanc (90 %) + Chardonnay (10 %). Sauvignon is totally dominating, although a touch of body from Chardonnay
might be detectable. The strong acid and very vivid-savage character of the wine might appear a bit unnerving. Pretty impressive wine.1 person found this helpful Comment
