February 11, 2023 - Dark violet color
Mild relaxed bouqet
Back tounge fruit, chocolate undertones and spice. Very smooth, mild tanins. Drinking very well. Pop and pour. Eaten with Italian food. Went well with spicy marinara and shrimp with garlic. -

November 4, 2020 - Needs a little chill. Excellent nose, black fruit, starting to show tertiary notes, needs to be consumed now.

Good balance and typicity on the palate, balancing the fruit, savoury cocoa and sufficient but not assertive acidity. Not especially profound, but it's recognisably Pomerol and it's drinking well (though no immediate rush needed to drink up). -

August 22, 2015 - All rough edges, burnt chocolate, flabby. Very poor showing for such a well regarded vintage.
