June 19, 2011 - I did not find this wine to be put together very well. It was overly sweet and raisined and the flavour profile was butting up against the use of wood. Although definitely amarone it was not elegant.

March 4, 2011 - Needed to be decanted for an hour or two before drinking.
Strong hints of cloves on the nose. Firm but supple with a mildly sour note of youth on the finish
