January 25, 2020 - This is now fully mature and is perhaps fading a little, but it still has good fruit and weight. Drink up.

January 20, 2019 - This has quite a deep colour and soft, quite full, well rounded fruit, and mature woodland notes. Still a very attractive wine, but it has only one way to go, so drink up.

February 5, 2018 - Quite a deep colour with a brown tinge; an opulent, perfumed nose; the palate has quite full, mature fruit, with savoury notes and a slight astringency at the end. Overall, a fine mature burgundy, still holding up well but not for long keeping.

August 5, 2017 - Mature colour, with some brown; mature fruit, with savoury/woodland notes; a little light at first but it filled out with time; good length. Elegant, attractive wine, to be drunk over the next year or two.

June 21, 2017 - Quite a full colour, showing some brown. The palate is fully mature, with elegant fruit, good depth and noticeable 'sous bois' elements. A fine mature burgundy which should keep for a while yet.
