  January 26, 2021 - Beautiful nose; restrained (common for 09 vintage); leather, dark berry, pot pour; perhaps doesn't hold up on the palate- not quite as interesting. But, nice wine. Enjoyable. and great quality for price.

  March 18, 2015 - Recommend decanting for at least three hours, otherwise this wine will seem somewhat closed. Aromatic nose, displayed deep, dark fruit on the palette with mild acidity and firm tannins on the finish. Very nice.

  December 8, 2012 - A little young but really opened after being decanted for an hour. More fruit than I expected from a merlot but very enjoyable. Will do we'll to age an other year or two

  November 4, 2012 - Cherry nose and flavors of bright red fruit hit you on first taste. We were drinking this alongside Chappellet's Malbec and Petit Sirah and so this merlot definitely didn't stand up to those rich, full bodied wines. Still nice.
