October 15, 2019 - Same bottle as last note after a few months under Coravin. No disappointment, still very enjoyable. Nice deep full-ish mouthfeel (for Burgundy) but firmly structured. Darker fruits and cherry.

March 9, 2019 - Very nice, very enjoyable. Dark cherry, raspberry, mushroom, a little meat, a little earth, a little spice. Lovely structure. Very good and still years in it IMO.

June 18, 2017 - 2 hour decant - which seems very worthwhile for this wine (yes I Know the general objection to decanting burgundy). But boy does this one change with a bit of air. From sour and astringent to savoury and interesting. Cannot see what the future holds for this wine but its drinking well now as long as you give it time to develop in the glass.
