June 25, 2012 - Pale straw. Low to medium intensity nose w. lemon and green apple and an underlying peachy note. On the palate its medium bodied and has low to medium acidity. Citrus, stone fruit. Freshness but also a sense of viscosity and weight. Good balance but short to medium finish and quite simple.

Clean tasting with a nice blend of riesling, pinot blanc and one last grape and i can't remember. Simple and has some nice white fruit flavours and floral aspects. Good mineral backbone. My only gripe is that the alcohol is a little off balance even when chilled. Got better with time but the alcohol bothered me a bit.
