May 3, 2014 - Medium intensity yellow color, subtle toast and butterscotch on the nose with more pronounced butterscotch on the palate, attractive glycerine feel in the mouth with a long satisfying finish. I wish I had more in my cellar.

January 4, 2014 - Creamy and rich, yet elegant and nicely balanced. The nose offers up abundant buttery Chardonnay fruit. There is a very pleasant richness to nose which is accompanied by tangerine and lime zest. The palate is perfectly balanced and the oak exposure is handled in a good way, which certainly adds to the overall impression of this effort as balanced. A truly nice Chardonnay which drinks perfectly at present but presumably has another 5 years of development ahead of it. 90+

December 6, 2011 - Interesting, young Chard from Sangiacomo in Carneros. Big fruit, very juicy, but also has a judicious amount of oak, bracing acidity, and a long finish. Very well done, big and exuberant but also elegant.
