February 19, 2018 - Medium bright ruby red with zero signs of aging. I Hot nose, but with deep, somewhat charred raspberry notes. Extremely intense notes of elderberry, blackberry, and char with sweet plum sauce. Really good. In my limited experience I did. It know Australian wines were capable of this type of aging.

Nose Fully developed, slight vanilla, slightly porty, kernel, spice and plum
Mouth Medium minus intensity tannin, medium plus alcohol – a little generous on the long finish. Touches of plum and spice but the wine is a little simple and a little disappointing
