October 19, 2011 - Dark red in color. Has the trademark earthy notes of bonarda which can't be masked by chilling or the bubbles. Jammy on the palate, with sufficient acidity to give it the backbone it needs. A full-bodied red sparkling wine, I'd definitely suggest trying this at least once.
