  November 1, 2020 - Deep dark color, smoked meats, black fruit with a touch of herbal notes. Let sit for 30 minutes before drinking.
  Didn’t have the sedimentation that other described. Smooth finish. Good wine to pair with a hearty fall stew.

  October 30, 2020 - Deep dark color. Light smoked meats, herbaceous and deep red fruit. Must decant due to the sediment. Medium weight and lightly tannic. Very nice finish of 20-25 seconds.

  September 9, 2020 - Popped and poured but should have decanted for sediment. Dark crimson color. Still very primary on the nose with ripe, slightly jammy, black and blue fruits, a bit of chocolate and charred oak and just a little black pepper. Nose outshined the palate a bit. Some fruit and spice but overall somewhat one note and perhaps a little tired. Medium acid and tannin. Decent wine but poor QPR and just not that exciting at this point.

  February 2, 2014 - Fruit forward very Full body Syrah. Not overly big though. Very smooth and very enjoyable. We might just turn into Syrah fans
