August 19, 2012 - Tasted this wine chillled slightly after a few hours.
In Appearance the wine was clear and medium lemon with significant tears that persisted.
The Nose was clean and developing with medium intensity aromas of cantaloupe, peach, lemon, and flowers with a slight minerality.
The Palate was dry, full in body with medium acidity and high alcohol, well-balanced, but a tad hot. The flavor profile was medium in intensity with flavors of pink grapefruit, lemon, peach, white flowers and slate on a medium finish.
Overall, a good wine that will benefit with a few years in the cellar.
