August 27, 2023 - Donatsch Completer Masterclass (Kunsthaus Zürich, Switzerland): Only Completer vintage ever at Donatsch that featured new wood: One of the four barrels used was new. Also, this seems to be the last vintage of the first sweetness-focused phase when the Donatsch family brought back this variety. Present notes of vanilla, integrated sweetness, somehow reminiscent of Martini Bianco as my co-taster put it quite spot on.

March 13, 2021 - Candy, baked apple and quince sentences storming out of the glass. On the palate it’s just so much going on. Sweet fruit, minerals and tension. Long long aftertaste. What a wine!
