  June 12, 2019 - Crazy how these bottles are different, this one (4th) is simply amazing, superb minerality, flowers and ripe exotic fruits, some pineapple on the nose and on the palate, crisp acidity. Nice!!

  November 11, 2017 - Opened my second bottle and i can confess i apreciate it more than i did the first. Better temperature and proper food did the trick. Still highly mineral and floral nose with sweet notes, almost offdry on the palate. Medium plus acidity balancing the honey sweet pear and mango flavors. Medium long finish. Goes amazing with asian food

  July 1, 2017 - Medium gold, mineral and a bit smokey nose when first open, develops into rich, creamy, honey, flowers, medium acidity on the palate, full body and loses a bit balance when it warms up. Rich exotic fruits flavours and long finish. Nice
