Community Tasting Notes 1

October 24, 2011 - AP Number 3 533 117 9 89. Glossy gold colour. The nose is maybe a touch TCA affected but if so, only very lightly with chalky, cooked bramley apple aromas. Still quite sweet and concentrated, there is unfortunately that little touch of mustiness that takes the edge off, but the palate is full of apple juice, lime and flower blossom. Finishes quite dry, enjoyable but is tempered by the TCA.
