Community Tasting Notes 2

July 1, 2016 - Grapemates with Jon Mk.2: 250g/l residual sugar, 65% sauvignon blanc, 35% semillon. Caramel, quince, ash, malt, coconut and sea spray. The sugar dictates terms on the palate, there is a whole lot of intensity and while I think a little more acidity would help this shine, this is interesting to try.

January 1, 2014 - You can easily describe this as a heavenly nectar or liquid orange marmalade that can stack up against any French Sauterne. The sweetness is balanced with perfect acidity and the finish lingers on seemingly forever.
