July 1, 2013 - You have to give them credit. I bought this wine at Walgreens, knowing it came from that huge facility in Modesto. It is never going to get any awards for complexity, but it does taste like Pinot. I'm sure there is a little bit of residual sugar. The palate is medium plus bodied. There are some earthy Pinot flavors. Probably not enough acid, it was picked pretty ripe. I've had many worst Pinot's, and go to Walgreens more than I want to admit.
