May 4, 2024 - Regular dinner group (By JvT in Pommard, Burgundy.): Dark berries, licorice and well dosed oak in the bouquet. On the palate blackberries, and other dark berries, full bodied and powerful, but also elegant, still youthful juice and an enormous length. Delicious and mature wine with enough power for a few years of additional cellaring.

April 2, 2023 - Decanted 1 hour which helped it open a bit, and seemed to need it. Then nice nose and palate complexity followed for a couple hours until gone. Still plenty of fruit, smooth to drink, wonderful bottle.

October 8, 2022 - From Jero. Seriously impressive for its sheer concentration and power yet so refined and weightless. Super youthful in this format and not really showing much signs of age yet. I have to imagine there is further upside from here.

June 2, 2022 - Rusty red color. Incredible smell with lots of complexity. Tobacco, cedar, oak, blackberry, leather and plum. Elegant and smooth with great balance. Long. Just love this wine!
