    July 8, 2022 - Time to drink these up. This was double-decanted for sediment and rebottled. It's got lots of game and fairly high acid and a bit of that metallic style and maybe a touch of fruit. There was a point where we worried it was going to go downhill, but I think it held through although I am not sure the wine will get better and I'd guess we were drinking just slightly past apex. Still interesting as this is a producer that I like a lot currently and so fun to see one of the older ones.
