Community Tasting Notes 1

January 13, 2011 - Pale straw. Citrus and grass on the nose. Aromatically, more Sancerre than Germany. Honey, granny smith and apricot on the rich mid palate. Plenty of acidity keeps this quite refreshing, but the finish is a bit clipped and features a mineral/seashell component.
