February 21, 2019 - Enough plush, supple fruit and fat that I'd guess Batard rather than Chevalier blind. Reductive, creamy, lemon biscuit nose; lovely and long. A touch on the young side but I'd rather enjoy this now than deal with premox, which apparently has been an issue with some of these.
