August 9, 2015 - Pop and pour, a lot of white grapefruit, reminded me of New Zealand Sauv Blanc. Very nice, but I like other wines by Nossing better.

October 17, 2012 - Brilliant straw yellow with golden hues, the nose opens fruity apple, peach, candied orange peel. Floral notes of yellow flowers, broom, then herbaceous nuances and minerals that along with a slightly smoky note reminds of graphite.
Enters the mouth intense, with great body and nice balance. It seems fading then comes back with a long, pleasant almond finish with a clear correspondence with the olfactory notes.
Giallo paglierino brillante con riflessi dorati, al naso apre fruttato: mele, pesca, scorza d'arancio candita. Note floreali di fiori gialli, ginestra, poi nuance erbacee e minerali che assieme ad una nota leggermente fumè ricordano la grafite.
Entra in bocca intenso, con gran corpo e bell'equilibrio. Sembra spengersi in bocca per poi tornare fuori con un lungo finale gradevolmente ammandorlato e con una netta corrispondenza con le note olfattive.
