November 12, 2023 - Really nice on the nose but it wasn't until I aerated it with milk frother it really opened up, before that the taste was quite bland.

August 3, 2023 - Hard to rate. Spectacular after opening for 1 hour, but fell apart soon after. Not bad, but the complexities in the opening (95+) diminished. Will see what day 2 brings.

December 13, 2022 - I've never been fond of this. Bought on release when I was still more widely, interested in CDP. Opened tonight with chili on a cold, snowy MN night hoping it may surprise to the good with an odd pairing. It didn't. You have to love high octane 15% alc reds to dig this. Not remotely flawed, just not for me. Dumped over half. I had decanted for a couple hours prior to dinner and chilled. Nothing helped. Not for me. Happy to free up the cellar space. That said, I still enjoy a few old school CDPs like; Pegau & Donjon. Not, this producer.
