  September 17, 2014 - Last bottle of a 6-pack, P&P'd. It has lost its prior strawberry liqueur profile, and in its place is, surprisingly, red alpine currant, earth and some pink pepper. Very light tannins, this is very good on its own, and paired with braised beef short ribs! Drink up!

  February 2, 2013 - One hour decant. Garnet-violet in appearance. Getting kirsch, some lavender, and jammy raspberries and strawberries on the nose. Black cherries with some raspberries and black peppers on the palate. Medium bodied with a short-medium finish. Very easy going and straightforward wine to drink; neither complex nor rich, but it works.
