January 5, 2014 - Erfrischend andersartige Cava. Reif, kräftig in Nase und Gaumen, sehr schöne Perlage. Vollmundig, trinkfreudig.

November 24, 2012 - Nose: crisp yellow apple, slightly yeasty, yuzu citrus, buttermilk biscuit, yogurt, lime. Very fragrant, with nice stoney edge. Taste: very dry, good acidity. Decent amount of fruit in the profile: unripe peach, green banana, starfruit, yellow apple. Bubbles are very nice, mousse is not overly fine, medium weight mousse. Nice lemon zestiness. Good structure, nice sweet yuzu finish. Surprising amount of flavor for a cava! Very nice.

November 24, 2012 - nose: crisp citrus fruits. Yeast, starfruit, lime, stone. Clean smell. Taste: dry, good acidity, watermelon, sour peach, pink grapefruit. Really good structure and a balanced sparkling wine without aggressive fruit, foam, sharpness. Really nice bubble with cool zippy mouth feel. Clean palate teaser/cleanser. Good for aperitif. Hint of crispy banana bread crust.
