May 4, 2024 - Robe ambrée brillante.
Nez typique du Pinot Gris, rose, geranium, lytchee, miel, orange et un petite note d’oxydation.
En bouche, la fraîcheur est de mise, il y a de la rondeur, de la richesse due aux sucres résiduels.
C’est équilibré et long en bouche.
Un très beau vin de gastronomie mais qui se boit très bien sur lui même également.
Très belle bouteille, bien meilleure que la première qui présentait in vieillissement plus avancé -

December 28, 2018 - Smashing wine. Apricot jam and hints of Monster Munch on the nose. Rich tangy marmalade with tangy lime finish. Extremely long and surprisingly sweet - a good food wine (had with hoisin chicken) but slightly too much sugar (22g/l) to drink on its own.
