Community Tasting Notes 1

October 29, 2011 - This is a great deal. The nose is floral with fresh cherry. The taste is nicely acidic with some excellent fresh fruit and bright licorice overtones. What really sets this apart from other low-priced burgundies is the finish. It's long and substantial yet glides off of your tongue. Also, this wine doesn't fall apart in the glass into a rubbery mess like some other inexpensive burgundies or pinots. Highly, highly satisfied.
