    May 4, 2014 - Cherry, strawberry note, gamy/earthy/leathery, balanced tanin

    The storage may not have been the best. flavors were jarring after chilled. But, as it warmed, the flavors came together. After opening over night, more integrated.

    Good acidity, provides a good structure. Bitter after-taste, herbal/celery, minty,

    Stone-fruit juicy. Hint of fennel.

    Dark brick in color.
