July 17, 2021 - Garnet in colour, mild bricking. On the nose, dried cherry, grandma’s veranda, spice, orange peel. On the palate, similar notes echoing trough. Lacking a bit of the complexity and concentration of others in the flight. Quite a disappointment for a Grand Cru, but kind of par for the course with Bouchard in this era.
