In that particular vintage and with age, you find none of the usual oily texture. High acidity, salty, touch of pistachio and discreet orchard fruit. It's really not about the fruit, but more about what is going on on an umami standpoint.

June 6, 2016 - Dorato intenso. Straordinariamente composto, quasi chiuso, delicato ed integro al naso, tra nette note minerali, arachidi, albicocca, pepe bianco e erba di campo appena tagliata, con qualche suggerimento di camomilla. Bocca piena, ancora molto fresca, con finale che ricorda la scorza di cedro
