September 15, 2019 - Monthly Tasting Group: Worldwide Chardonnay (Oceanaire, Mpls, MN): Deep gold color. Oxidized.

September 6, 2016 - DRC Tasting Group (Bellevue, WA): Tasted blind. Showing lots of age already, nutty and mature. Minerals, oak, a bit sherry-like. Elegant finish with medium-plus length.

September 6, 2016 - Golden and starting to be oxidative. Obviously from a riper year with aromas of honey, wax, peach. Rich palate, but cut slightly short.

April 16, 2013 - France 2013 - Chablis (Chablis): Tasted at the Domaine. Oxidative nose with hints of caramel and honey with some charred tropical notes underlying. Minerals come through on the palate but this is showing the vintage. Not a fan.

September 30, 2012 - Still drinking well: lemon blossom/oil and boiled wool on the nose, palate of tart lemon, much more spice and minerals mid-palate, no discernible heat, nice balance, all surprisingly light for a 2003 wine. I see no significant improvement over my last tasting of this wine, with the spice quality a welcome change, but less boiled wool, and fruit more tart, too. Drink up.
