July 9, 2014 - The wine had ripened, perhaps even overripened. A bit unbalanced on it's own, but with grilled entrecote, the fruitiness was quite nice.

February 10, 2013 - Carafé pendant plus de 4 heures. Goût de réglisse noire, de vanille et de cerise. Pas très sucré, bonne acidité et tannins moyennement présents.

The palate is soft but grainy – almost gritty - chock full of bacon and blueberry flavors, with a grapey, slightly sweet finish. 96% Syrah, 2.5% Grenache, 1.5% Malbec. Olsen Brothers, Outlook, Vinagium, Milbrandt, and Upland vineyards. 13.5% alcohol.
