April 1, 2020 - This has golden depth. Rich nose. Nice fresh acidity to the fruit through the light dairy richness. Better than I expected. Very drinkable.

June 30, 2016 - Mineral with fresh acidity long finish with butter, cream, flint, custard honey and lemon. Complex and balanced with an apple pie crust like finish. So enticing and decadent. A real charmer. This is dense and concentrated a real Brut. drink now-2018.
