February 16, 2014 - Clear-brilliant, straw-gold, medium depth, heavy viscosity.
Pleasant nose. Buttery, smoke, vanilla, honey, caramel, some yeast, popcorn. No fruit.
Dry, refreshing acidity, light-medium body, good persistence, well-balanced, salty, nutty, small small tannin.
Wine of fine and supple quality. -

February 9, 2014 - Un chardonnay canadien qui possède une robe de couleur jaune or. Au nez, nous retrouvons la pêche et des épices douces ainsi que de la bergamotte et le tilleuil. Le vin est opulent en bouche. En effet, le boisé est présent et masque malheureusement un peu le fruit qui ressemble au nez. La longueur est bonne maisl l'impressin de la barrique amène une sucrosité moins noble que les meilleurs bourgognes blancs comparables. 88 sur 100.

December 19, 2013 - 13.0% - Clear, med to light gold, clean, med+ intensity, lemon curd, roasted pineapple, kiss of oak / dry, med+ acidity, med body, creamy texture, piquant lemon, roasted almonds, spices. 89 now (probably 90 in a few years as it gets more secondary flavors).
