April 3, 2022 - The 2004 Comtes Lafon Meursault Genevrieres is more forward and fruity compared to the energetic yet graceful Perrieres. At a good place today, fresh and inviting with a good dose of tertiary flavours. Out-going exotic and citrus fruits, borderline sweet. High intensity with sharp acidity. Weighty and powerful but not as refined as the Perrieres. Nonetheless still delicious. (90-91/100)

March 18, 2022 - A very enjoyable bottle of aged white Burg that showed surprising sweetness and lushness to me for an 04. Bottle in a lovely condition almost a tiny but of exotic sultana notes, honey and nuts. Bottle went down very easily. I would have probably liked a bit more tension and precision on the finsish.

October 15, 2021 - Small vertical, non blind... Buttery, still clean nose no hint of oxidization. Lemon pie with a hint of grapefruit. Very good

December 25, 2019 - Christmas Eve dinner with seared foie gras. Still good. Tamer than in its youth. Probably my last bottle but no drama of the last bottle aftertaste.
