December 6, 2012 - Light straw in color with just a hint of hay. Showing grassy notes on the nose, with wet rock, quince and fresh lemon. Bright and quenching, but not an acid bomb. While the initial reaction is to pucker the lips, the finish softens leaving you want more. Quite pleasant.

March 23, 2012 - Brilliant straw color. Nose of muted grapefruit. Palate was milder with citrus and a hint of ripeness and nutmeg. Very easy drinker. Paired well with pan-seared snapper.
