May 12, 2014 - Consistent notes from last tasting, with one additional note: the wine seems to be better 3 days in. From last tasting: nose is more promising than the taste, with baked raspberry and brown sugar (thanks Richard). Fruit was a bit muddled with tartness, and a lighter bodied mouthfeel than expected. Score [ 50 + 5 + 12 + 15 + 6 ] = 88.

May 10, 2014 - Decent effort. The nose was more promising than the taste, with baked raspberry and brown sugar (thanks Richard). Fruit was a bit muddled with tartness, and a lighter bodied mouthfeel than expected. Score [ 50 + 5 + 12 + 15 + 6 ] = 88.
