Tropical fruit on palate; pineapple/green melon.
Very light minerality & astringency in good balance.
Gentle salted caramel oakiness.
Dryish lingering finish.
Very satisfying wine. -

October 20, 2011 - Tasting of Isabel Ferrando's Portfolio (Union Square Wines): 80% Claret (?) and 20% Roussanne. Green apple everywhere! Good minerality and acidity. Smooth. Needs time for sure. Solid, a bit pricey.
