March 19, 2017 - I waited too long on this one. Still tasty but lacks the pure fruit and long silky finish it once had. Slightly acidic. 89/90

May 21, 2015 - A little of that young sparkle is gone from this, but it's still a very nice bottle. Light and versatile with pretty fruit and unmistakable reflections of terroir.

August 1, 2014 - Great aromatics of boysenberry and ripe green pepper. Exuberant juicy berry fruit in the mouth. Nice fresh finish.

October 10, 2013 - A clean bottle this time, and this was really flipping good. Typical chinon/cab franc flavor profiles in lovely balance. Good acid, still pretty tannic and tight, but totally drinkable. It was best on day 2, and still solid on day 3. So pure and easy drinking, as Bretons always are, and it went well with 3 different dinners, even a tomato salad.
