October 16, 2014 - The wine is clear and bright with a pale lemon colour and presence of many small bubbles. The nose is clean and developing, showing medium intensity aromas of lemon peel, lime, fresh apricots, cream and neutral yeast. The wine is off-dry with a medium(+) acidity. It has a medium alcohol and a medium body with a creamy mousse. It has medium(+) intensity flavours of lemon peel, lime, fresh apricots, cream and neutral yeast. The finish is medium(+).

It is an outstanding quality wine. It has a very nice flavour concentration well-balanced by the acidity, that is also balancing the sweetness achieving a very good overall balance. It has a lingering finish and a quite decent degree of complexity provided by well-layered fruity notes and some autolytic notes. Can drink now, but it has enough acidity and fruit concentration to develop more complex tertiary aromas in the next 3-5 years after disgorgement.
