September 1, 2012 - Some funk and earth with a gamy quality and mushroom. Big black fruit with cassis and slight oak. Flavors of black fruits and earth with ripe cherry, boysenberry and pepper, vanilla ans spice. Bigger style, with good acid. Great for food.
