February 16, 2024 - Jon's 50th Birthday Dinner: Opened for an hour. Another wonderful 2010. Was closed at first so I suggested a decant since it was my bottle. Really woke up the wine and continued to get better with more air. Good development, but still fresh and vibrant. Great energy and a finish that lingers.

July 17, 2023 - Outstanding fully mature white Burgundy free from the pox. Strikingly viscous. Lush and concentrated. Marginal acidity. Complex enough but could use a bit more cut and definition for perfection. Drinks more like a Bâtard-Montrachet than Chevalier-Montrachet. Time to drink up.

May 25, 2023 - Just a beautiful representation of Chardonnay. No reduction, but a powerful and piercing floral bouquet before it springs to life in the mouth. Classic lemon oil and minerals in such a precise and crystalline texture. Excellent depth and richness to the fruit.
