  December 1, 2012 - Juicy blackberries and plum, yet earthy with a pleasant spice on the finish. Enjoyable and near $10 at the local Whole Foods. I will buy again.

  October 27, 2012 - Deep magenta color, narrow pink rim. Damp granitic earth and clay are prominent on the nose, along with a most wonderful dark rose scent. Also fresh dark berry and hints of spice & green herb. Ripe but restrained red fruit & sweet spice on the palate with a strong mineral presence. Smooth medium tannins and appropriate acidity. Mid-palate the taste broadens on the tongue to include dried red fruit, pepper and even a hint of dried tomato. The finish lasts awhile and is kind of an ?all of the above? experience. There is a LOT going on in this wine, which is impressive for such a baby. II anticipate that this wine will continue to develop over the next few years.
